Getting an error while lppchk :lppchk: 0504-208 Size of /etc/vx/isis/objecttypes.xml is 3124, expected value was 2769.

I have installed a base package over which I have applied a patch
which contains this file objecttypes.xml and over that applied another
patch which also contains the same file. While un-installing of the
level2 fileset i.e., 2nd patch I m getting this error for lppchk.
The problem seems to be while backing up the file for 2nd patch
it is unable to restore the file size of the previous file from SWVPD
database becoz of the clash of filename since the files are different
in contents.
