I am going for a trip to Thailand and Japan.
If anybody knows where can i get a model releases ?

Many of your high end camera shops will carry model release forms in binded
pad form. Usualy in the book section.

Try Susan McCartney's book "Travel Photography," published by Allworth Press.

I have the 2nd (1999) edition. Near the back there are short-form
model releases in many different languages, including Thai and
Japanese.

Depending on the quantity you need, you should be able to have a
printer reproduce them for you (or simply photocopy them) at a
reasonable price.
