[STOCKPHOTO] Digital retouchers, and copyright

Can any of you refer me to freelance digital retouchers who will work
remotely via FTP? Ideally, we're looking for contractors who are
familiar with high-end stock submission requirements (Alamy, Getty,
etc.) and who have the bandwidth to process an additional 10-20 shots
a week. We'll consider overseas contractors too, if the reference is
positive enough.
Also, question for everyone... does anyone here at the group require
retouchers to sign a privacy/NDA form acknowledging the photographer's
copyright? We're thinking it might be a good idea in case of legal
problems down the road. Probably some of you are already doing this.
