Respected Sir,

Convocation is one of the greatest and life-time event for us (BIT-alumni, passed out 2008) and we will highly appreciate if it can be scheduled taking care of our availability.

Below is the a small list available yet, who will be very happy to receive their degree by themselves in convocation but their availability on 30^th of march is not possible because of various genuine reasons. Few reasons are very common among all which are mentioned in the reason field below. We can avoid our all personal reasons for unavailability in convocation but when it’s a common and genuine reason what we believe is BIT will take care of it.

Therefore this is very kind and humble request to BIT,Admin from us(BIT-alumni) to reconsider the dates for convocation’09.
