How to calculate SB (Strand Bias) in Bis-SNP

Hi, 

How to calculate SB (Strand Bias) in Bis-SNP? 

I found the SB value produced in snp.raw.vcf is always negative (higher SB value means higher strand bias). It looks different with SB value produced by GATK 3.4-46, which is a set containing the reads numbers on forward or reverse strand supporting REF allele or ALT allele.

The version I used is Bis-SNP 0.82.2.
