On the back of the TV on a sticker that shows a bar code and serial number. This sticker may be on either the right or left side, depending on the model; but is normally located in the lower half of the back of the TV. The model number may also be visible on the side of the TV panel.

COUNTERTOPS

Some larger countertop ovens and built-in may have the label inside the oven cavity on the upper-left side of the left wall, closest to the hinge. Please check the inside of the microwave first before attempting to unmount or remove a built-in unit.

The user should only have to input there number from there local station to authenticate the send of the print to the printer and then once more when they get the printer to access there documents that have been sent to the printer.

For normal faxing, just put the target document on automatic document feeder or flatbed glass. Dial the receipient's phone number and select black or colour to start dialing and faxing. For other fax methods, please refer to user guide.

I believed you've input the fax line number info during printer setup. You can try the following steps to print the "Last transaction Report", The report will indicate the fax number that you input previously on the top of the report.

CAUTION: Do not contact the rail. If the rail is contacted, the print quality may be deteriorated. The Encoder Film is fixed to the printer with the springs at the ends. If the film is pushed too strong, it may be dislocated. Do not push the film. Just gently move the cotton swab over the surface of the film.

10. If the trail of detergent is left on the film, clean it using a cotton swab that is moistened with just water. If moisture is left on the film, eliminate it using a dry cotton swab, and wait until the film dries well.

HERE'S A WORK-AROUND:

Check your printer's paper settings. Switch setting to Photo Paper (even if you're using plain paper) , select MATTE Photo paper, save the settings. Now try printing again. In my case, my blurry print became razor-sharp with this setting on my Canon MG7520. You're using more ink, but worth it if your printing an important document or shipping label.

registered just to thank you for this. It prints much slower, and uses more ink, but it's better than throwing this thing away while I still have ink replacements to ride out.

10/10, thanks!

Yes, this solves the problem but all you have done is switched from the large BLK tank to the small BLK tank
The smaller tank being used for photo printing hence the switch to Photo/Matt
Brilliant suggestion and very much appreciated , but it still leaves the text tank/head the unresolved problem which look very much like a printer fault

Agreed...work around is a lifesaver, but I would like the problem fixed. Mine has been doing this for about six months now. I cleaned the clear strip referred to above...did nothing. Color printing is fine. Photo printing is as good as the day we bought it. It's just black text print. Infuriating!

I have to print pictures for my job and decided to buy an Apple 11Pro Max for multiple cameras and the ability to print direct to my printer. It would find all three printers at my work when I first got it(for 2 or 3 weeks) while I was AIRPRINTing. It was fast and brilliant. Then one day it just decided it won't find any of the printers. I called the people that repair our computers and they came down and updated and reinstalled everything they could think of on our system and network and also went through my phone and made sure everything was up to date and set right. They just couldn't fix it. They tell me there is nothing more they can do. Is there anything else I can try? This was such a large investment for me. Any advise at all would be a great help. Thanks So Much!

Yes, Sharp MX-M3070 is mentioned in About AirPrint - Apple Support as a printer supporting the driverless AirPrint technology. It is important that the iPhone and the printer are on the same network. I suppose that you can use your iPhone on that same Wi-Fi network for other things (for example, web browsing).

Power off the router, the printer, the iPhone and other devices, and all computers. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the router. Wait another two or three minutes. Power on the printer. Wait a minute or two. Finally, power on the iPhone, all other devices, and all computers.

The router must be able to handle Bonjour/mDNS, so one may have to check settings. Generally speaking, one should also check that AirPrint is enabled on a printer (there may or may not be a setting for that).

When looking at your user list on the web page, there are some arrows above the list you can click that re-arrange the list by alphabetical, reverse alphabetical, then the order you entered them. Hope that makes sense, and helps.

In excel, highlight the column of client names and click the Sort and Filter button on the ribbon, then click Sort A to Z, it will ask you whether or not you want to expand the selection(choose to expand it), and it will alphabetize them for you and rearrange the numbers to line up with the names in the appropriate rows.

Some models you have to use the User Name and password type authentication, some models work with either the Username and Password, or the User Number type. It also helps to make each user an administrator if you arent worried about them printing color.

I am very glad to know that how can we Setup Sharp User Control. I was searching from many days to get this information and finally your blog have been found. you have solved my biggest problem. Really really thanks for this great work.

I had follow the instruction written, but it still can print out directly without entering user number.
It seem that it only not allow user to use scan or fax if not key in the correct user number, but for printing, user can print directly even without login.

You should be able to, yes. If you tweak the settings on the Authority Group page under User Control you can make a group that has access to only these things. Then when you create your user just assign them to that Authority Group using the drop down menu labeled Authority Group. Collin @ Skelton

I have found some instructional links around on the internet but they seem to only go up to 10.9 and after downloading the appropriate driver from Sharp for my MX-3610N, the menu item for Job Handling does not appear in the selections when you open a print dialog and click on the menu where it is supposed to be based on my review of the instructions for 10.9 found on the web.

We use MX-M62en. We want to bill our clients for copies/prints we do on their jobs.
We set up numbered accounts but it is a big delay, to login and then have to enter a 5 digit user # ea time.
Our older Canon was way easier.
What is the simplest way to track the prints we do for our clients? At any one time, we may only have 10 or 20 to track.
TIA!

If you followed the procedure here you should only have to enter your 5 digit code and hit OK and it will let you in. You shouldnt have to login with a username/password and then enter a 5 digit code.

Thanks. Yes, we did figure that out. However, at least on our M623N, as we switch back and forth between clients frequently and so we have to open printer preferences, then open job handling and then change the user number. Whereas with Canon everytime we print (Control P) the user acc box automatically pops up and we just enter the acct # and press print.

Also on the Sharp to enter new user accounts IT ALWAYS goes back to number 50 -40and down and to enter such as a new acc # 8, we have to back select previous a number of times to get to acct ranges that include #8 Then as soon as that is saved, it goes back to 50-40 and again and again we have to then press previous a number of times to get to 1-10.

Is there a way to automatically collect the job logs from like 5-6 MFPs in the network and combine it into one Excel + clear the job log counter?
If it could run in a schedule it would be better.

On a Sharp MX-3070, is there a way to set Job Handling => Hold Only to affect only my print jobs? If I set this and put in a PIN Code on my Windows 7 client computer, it changes it globally for all users using that printer from the print server.

Hello, We use RDP connections from Thin Clients to connect our users to their remote desktops. The users then have access to a shared networked Sharp MX2640. Is ther any way that we can configure the printer to hold users jobs until they physically visit the printer and enter their credentials.
