The SSL certificate for bisque is not working for me

Hi,

When I try to connect to bisque website my browser tells me the certificate is expired and when I try to use the bootstrap.py

Mercurial spits this:

abort: error: [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:726)
