Just wondering if we have any cool books to give away. And What is left
for our CD/DVDs of Linux and OpenEducation Discs?

I'd like to make it a little more easier than last year. I probably
won't bring my computer system. Instead I'll bring two laptops, and old
one and a new one.

I'll bring the Banner for sure. ...

We still have some official Ubuntu LTS cd's somewhere. I don't have them
tho. We should try to get shot of them as the next release is an LTS :-)

As far as Opendiscs are concerned we give them away as fast as we burn
them so we have no backstock to use.

I have a pdf of the what is Open Source leaflet, link below.
It is getting old. We should probably finder a more recent version.

I am going to try and get Saturday off. If I can I will be there in the
morning to help set-up and probably stay for most of the day. I can
bring my netbook and my xubuntu 'antique' notebook.

Ok, Thanks. I'm going to see if we can setup the night before like last
year, which was around 6:00pm. I've mailed the money and emailed Lorne,
so hopefully he'll know.

I was wondering who had grabbed the blank CDs/DVDs from our last upgrade.

Sorry guys - I just looked in my closet here at work and noticed that I have a stack of DVD+R's and CD-R's sitting next to the books I was planning on bringing.

Eric - could I swing by and drop these off with you after work one of these days?  I usually leave at about 5pm.

Also, sorry for the late notice, but we won't be able to meet at Basin
for this weeks meeting. I can't make it and no one else is available
to open the doors. Any thoughts on somewhere else to meet? Thanks

It was good. We got some more donations. I think Rob and Corey did a lot
more work than I did, but it was all good. We all answered a lot of
questions and burned a couple cds & DVDs, and came up with more great ideas.

Thanks mentioning about Basin Electric. We talked about it on Friday and
Saturday, but I'll mention that in another email.
