I saw Sr. Mary Bruce (Sr. Michael Marie--French) a few months ago. My aunt, Sr. Philip Maria, was celebrating her 90th birthday and Mary Bruce helped with the luncheon. I've seen the Old Guard several times over the years. I bet Mary Bruce would come. A lot of the others we'd have to dig up!

Think I'll give Sr. Mary Bruce a call for an update...I'm sure she knows of any who have died. It'd be great if she would come, but unfortunately I think some simply will not drive. I'm guessing she's in her 80s right?

Heck, no,

That young crowd we had were just out of the novitiate. They're only 10 years older than we are. They're pushing 70. Mary Bruce is very active.

Anyway, I sent a flyer for her to circulate: "Calling all Sisters with a Bishop Grimes Connection" Specified 1966-1970. And dates of gathering. Heck, they'll got accommodations on site--how hard could this be? My aunt just stopped traveling to Syracuse at 91!

We'll see!

Mr. Ron Greiner, 12th grade Physics teacher has moved to Myrtle
Beach, My sister and her husband were close friends with Mr. Greiner
went he taught in the Cicero / North Syracuse School district after
he moved on from Bishop Grimes. They no longer have an address for him
since he moved, but will check with friends.
