ZivanaiMasango and ZiMBiRA will take audiences around the world on June 20th. Led by award-winning Zimbabwean multi-instrumentalist and vocalist, Zivanai Masango, this band will take you on a musical journey to Southern Africa that will leave your spirit uplifted and beaming with joy. Rooted in the rhythms, as well as cultural and musical traditions of Zimbabwe and South Africa, the beautifully polyrhythmic music of ZiMBiRA will surely make you want to dance and celebrate life.

On July 18th, the Tetons will pay homage to the legacy of the Grateful Dead with The Deadlocks and Special Guests. The powerhouse Dead cover band found its calling fourteen years ago at a Music on Main after-party at The Knotty Pine. And what a strange trip it has been since then as the group has matured into a sound of their own while welcoming big names to the stage to play.

One of the hottest acts on the bluegrass scene, Mountain Grass Unit will headline on August 8th. This trio of Birmingham pickers adds country, jazz, funk, rock, and even metal to their vocal harmonies and musical arrangements. The band will please bluegrass traditionalists and can adapt to almost any genre. Their competency is as exciting as their passionate hunger to deliver a hard-driving show. The youthful exuberance and energy that the Mountain Grass Unit brings to the stage is always remarkable. Opening for MGU, for a very special engagement following his week of teaching at the Targhee Music Camp is award-winning multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter Darrell Scott.

Pick up lunch from a Downtown eatery, let the kids enjoy the free face-painting and balloon artist, and settle in for a daytime show. The series runs every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., April 2-June 4, rotating between all six parklets.

Is it possible to use to use two Era 300 as rear speakers in the surround system and switch them case-by-case as the main music speakers? I feel I will have to decouple and set up the speakers every time I want to listen to music and not use the arc.

No. There have been various 3rd party apps which allowed you to do some unconventional things with Sonos (like stereo pair unlike models) and none of them offered this function. Fact is, setting up surrounds vs. mains requires reconfiguring the radios in the soundbar and the surrounds, along with handshakes to get the connections right, and there is no way to get around this reconfiguration and still have the same features.

Music on Memorial is an annual summer concert series. This year the concerts will take place at Peay Park which is located at 200 Memorial Drive. It showcases local artists in an exciting lineup throughout the summer and is free for all ages. Participants are welcome to bring a blanket or lawn chair for seating. Additionally, various local non-profit organizations and businesses sponsor a kids zone at each event, which is full of games for kids and families. Food trucks will be on-site with food available for purchase, so come and enjoy the great music, food and fun!

Louis Armstrong made a greater impact on American popular music than any other single artist before or since. "What A Wonderful World" became his biggest commercial success, first in the UK and decades later in the rest of the world. Armstrong traveled to England to celebrate this unexpected hit and gave his last great performance, which found him looking back at his entire musical career. That performance, recorded at BBC studios, was miraculously captured in high fidelity audio and video, and we are proud to release this collection for the first time.

Released in 1964, Lee Morgan's magnum opus, The Sidewinder, was both a comeback and a coronation. The prodigious trumpeter debuted on Blue Note in 1956 at the age of 18, but personal problems in the early '60s forced him off the scene. His rebound turned out to be The Sidewinder, featuring tenor saxophonist Joe Henderson, pianist Barry Harris, bassist Bob Cranshaw, and drummer Billy Higgins.
