Gayle,

I finally, finally, finally got my google account to work so I can
post my congratulations to you! How wonderful. The women of
Illinois thank you! Any word on when the govenor will sign it and how
long would it take to get them up and running? I am guessing that
VBAC's won't be allowed there, so I won't be able to experience them
personally, but I am thrilled for all the moms who finally have an
alternative to the hospital. How exciting! Congratulations again,
and thank you for all your hard work.
