to Freestanding Birth Centers

Dear supporters of freestanding birth centers,
On October 20th st, Bloom Yoga Studio will be hosting Birth Ball 2007:
Celebrating Birth Options in Illinois. The proceeds of the event will
go to the Health and Medicine Policy Research Group to help establish
a freestanding birth center in Illinois.
You are receiving this letter because we know we can count on you to
help keep birthing options open for Illinois families. We are asking
for your support in the following ways:
1. Donate services or goods to the Silent Auction. In appreciation for
your donation you will be featured on our website, www.birthballchicago.com
as well as on the program for the event itself. All donations must
be received by October 1, 2007. To arrange for a pick-up of donated
goods, please call Allison Atkinson at 773-588-6994.
2. Promote your business (or product) at our new Meet and Greet
Marketing Room during the event on Saturday, October 20 from 8-10pm.
For just a $50 donation, you'll be one of a select few providers who
will be featured at the Birth Ball. Meet expectant and new parents and
spread the word about the great work you do! Space is limited. To
reserve your table, contact Allison Atkinson at 773-588-6994 by
September 15, 2007.
3. Attend the Birth Ball on October 20, 2007 from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Join us for live music and scrumptious desserts and bring your
checkbook since at least one of our fabulous silent auction items will
entice you! Tell your friends about this "fun"draising event and
encourage them to come along!
Any contribution you can make is greatly appreciated. Thank you in
advance for your participation and donation as we all work together to
support and grow the birthing options available to Illinois families.

Sincerely,
Natalie Evans
