The Canon site -scanners-canoscan... says There is no driver for the OS Version you selected. The driver may be included in your OS or you may not need a driver.

However I cannot get my N67OU to work with my Windows 10 system driver. I love this compact, lightweight durable scanner and it still works great with my XP-Pro computers but I want to use it with my Windows 10 64 bit system.

That is a real pity as the scanner is super brilliant, light weight and rugid. Will the 32-Bit work on Windows 10 64 Bit? If so, what is the best link for it?
