System and network issues are basically symptomatic but since we as humans do not have the capability to monitor any system 24x7x365, we will definitely need automation to undertake this very routine and mundane aspect of IT which affects everybody.

We provide visibility & insight to your systems, networks and applications so that you can be proactive and focus on running your core business. We provide you with a real-time dashboard, monthly reporting, alerting and if you need it, remote support. Everything from onboarding to monitoring to support is kept as simple as possible – no complexities. You do not need to own any hardware or software or maintain resources to do monitoring of multiple systems with loads of intricate software. What you do need to have though, is basic Internet connectivity and we can provide our solution to you worldwide. We provide our services on a monthly subscription basis per device & is adjustable based on your needs. Prices start from RM15 per month.

Here is how it works – let’s say, you have a Dell server running Windows Server 2008 R2 operating system with an Apache Tomcat or IIS-based web application and a MySQL or SQL Server database located in a data center in Cyberjaya. We monitor the server’s OS, web application services, event log, database, vital signs (cpu,disk,memory,etc), connectivity, web application (URL) uptime/response, hardware stuff (fans, temperature, etc), patch status, asset information (inventory,change management,warranty expiry/info, etc) for RM80 per month. You get a dashboard of your devices health status in detail, basic preventive maintenance for the server (T&C apply), monthly report (example attached), alerting via email or SMS (depending on criticality). For an additional RM250 per month, we will also manage the anti-virus and backup/recovery of that server without you needing to purchase any anti-virus or backup software. All configuration and maintenance are performed by us. *All contracts comes with a SLA and are for a minimum period of 12 months.
