It was a pleasure to get to know y'all over the last two years.
Birmingham Philosophy club has been one of my favorite parts of
Birmingham, and I really appreciate how you've made it so.
I write this e-mail to announce that my departure means that there
will be a vacancy that needs to be filled at the Mansion (26th and
11th Ave S). Location is stellar! Rent is ridiculously cheap and
utilities are included ($500). The housemates are top tier, and you
will have to be awesome to be accepted into the family. Let me know
directly if you're interested and we can start discussions. The room
is available April 1st.
I also have a hand-crafted lofted queen size bed frame and large
kitchen table, as well as some other assorted goods for sale. If you
rent the room, I'll even throw in the bed frame for free if you want
it.
