RESTORATION RIDE - One of the BEST
CENTURIES TO DO

This is Billy Ritch and as you know, I put on the Restoration Ride at the Kymulga Grist Mill, in Alpine, AL on March 12. I would like to invite you to come out and join us this year and would also like you share this event in your event emails if you dont mind.

Its a great day starting out with a homestyle breakfast cooked onsite consisting of hot and fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, home style potatos and biscuits from 6:00 am til 7:15 am. Then, at 8:00 am riders will be enjoying either 33 or 68 miles of cycling through Talladega, Shelby and St Clair countys, which in my opinion is some of the best riding in the state. Once the riders return to the mill, they will find hot and fresh smoked pulled pork shoulder, smoked chicken, homemade deviled eggs, green beans, garlic bread and some amazing cole slaw, with more desserts than you can imagine...all of this smoked and prepared on site at the mill by myself, my wife and some really hard working volunteers.

We have also added a second day of training races for men and women, with cash payouts. While there will be no food served on Sunday, it will be a great day of competition!
Camping (both RV and primitive) sites and shower facilities available.

I have attached flyers for both. And remember, this is an event to raise money for the Gristmill's operations and restoration!

Thank you for your support!

Have a great day!

2014 Marin CXR Team 27.5" Frame
Carbon fiber frame, Ultralight at 21 lbs. It was ridden for 4 months when I crashed and cracked the frame. This is a brand new, upgraded frame to replace the one that was cracked and has only been ridden 5 times. As a result, the bike components are from the CXR pro but the frame is a top of the line Team model.
Selling because I decided at 53 years old I needed to switch back to full suspension. The bike is pristine and sold originally for $3100(Pro), new frame $900. I'll throw in a "Thudbuster" seatpost (retail $150) with it if you are interested.
Asking price $2400, but willing to negotiate. Bike is on display at Brick Alley Bicycles in Hoover if you'd like to go by and see or ride it.
Feel free to email, call, or text me about it.
