Greetings Family Tech Day Sponsors, Vendors and Supporters!

Family Tech Day is finally upon us and we would like to remind you of some important details.

We have begun stuffing gift bags so if you have items to place in the bags please bring the items to the Alabama Fairground Complex (Exposition Building) later today between 3:30 pm – 6:30 pm.

If you have any questions or special needs for your display please contact me or Stephanie Hawkins as soon as possible.  We have logged previous request for additional tables, chairs and placement but feel free to follow-up with an email or phone call for verification.   Please note that additional tables are available but due to the limited number we have I ask that you please inform me of additional table and chair needs as soon as possible.

If you are planning to come by the Alabama State Fairgrounds today to set-up, drop off material or speak with me please give me a call. I will be in and out of the facility and would like to be there when you come by.   Mr. Leroy Cowan is the facility Director and he or his staff can point you in the right direction.

Volunteers

If you have co-workers, family members of friends that would like to volunteer please have them contact me or Stephanie Hawkins for information on volunteer opportunities and report times.   We can use the extra hands with concession, fun zone, displays and decoration.
