I usually don't send emails soliciting jobs like this but I have tons of jobs that I need to fill in town and almost no candidates to fill them. I have mid-level Java and Ruby positions, Senior Level Java positions and some Javascript/Ajax as well as QA. I have perm jobs with great benefits and some contract positions too.
If you are interested or know someone who is interested, shoot me an email and I'll help you out. I am not a recruiter, I am just assisting in finding folks and I will share any referral money I make with you if they get hired.
