2 Permanent Java Developer Positions in Atlanta

The corporate headquarters for our client's retail stores is looking for 2 Java developers for permanent roles in Atlanta.
This person's duties will primarily consist of continued design/development of both the out client's intranet site that is focused on information and report distribution to the field offices and store locations, and the main, customer-facing website that is a full e-commerce/business to consumer site that launched recently. This person will require experience developing browser-based web applications and will be working across the entire development spectrum from back- to front-end. The baseline will be 80% development and 20% maintenance. This is a fluid distribution of duties based on performance; the better the performance, the newer/better the technologies, tools and responsibilities this person will be working with.
This is an opportunity to work in a PERMANENT environment in a small /tight group of developers under a GREAT MANAGER and work with numerous types of technology projects due to size of group. This position provides the opportunity to gain visible, hands-on experience in a front-line web development environment serving the business to consumer retail market. Our client is a privately held company with NO DEBT so very stable spot and this is IT group that has had very limited turnover. The IT department is highly valued by our client’s executives and they offer employee stock options, among other benefits.
