Hi All,
Hope you don't mind a bit of self promotion on the list but I've just
developed a new product for robot builders (which some of you may have
already seen!) and I'm (finally) almost nearly ready to start selling
them - So, it is time for me to start telling everyone about it and I
thought I would start with the hacker space groups I'm subscribed to.
It is called the HUB-ee - a 60mm dia by 20mm wide wheel with a gear
motor, open source motor driver PCB and quadrature encoder - all
squashed inside the wheel hub. The general idea behind it was to create
something like a hobby servo, but better suited to wheeled robots, so
you can just bolt them to a chassis, plug them into an Arduino and get
instant robot action.
