Dear Friends in the Kamloops Area, 

We are pleased to announce that Ajahn Sona will soon be resuming his monthly Sunday 'Birken in Kamloops' talks at Let's Move Studio in Kamloops, B.C.  Please note that the Let's Move Studio has now moved to a new location in the City Centre, located at 831 Victoria Street, Kamloops, B.C.  

The new Birken in Kamloops dates for 2014 are as follows:

May 4
June 8
September 14
October 12
November 9
December 7
