[Birken Forest Monastery]

Dear Friends,

Greetings from Birken Forest Monastery ('Sitavana'). The monastery's
winter retreat came to an end on April 4th and we are now witnessing
the early signs of Spring in this peaceful forest refuge. Regular
bookings have now resumed at the monastery and Ajahn Sona will soon be
traveling to several other cities across the province for teaching
events.

Here are a few upcoming events taking place this Spring:

food item to share for potluck lunch)

Location: Auditorium, UBC Asian Centre - 1871 West Mall, Vancouver
Note: We invite you to bring your own lunch. Chairs will be provided
at the venue. If you prefer to sit on the floor, please kindly bring
your own sitting gear (meditation mat and cushion/bench).
