birdvox paint functionality

Hi Vincent and the birdvox community,

I’m looking to use birdvox paint to visualize several seasons of acoustic data and identify periods of battery loss or malfunction: https://github.com/BirdVox/birdvoxpaint

I pulled up some old code of mine that was working a few years ago that closely resembles the tutorial in the above documentation but am running into errors involving the dimensions of the object produce by ‘bvp.transform’ and the pcolormesh library. I haven’t been able to resolve this with chatgpt, and am wondering if there are some new incompatibilities between the core BVP code and its dependencies. I’ve attached a few screenshots of the code and errors. Hopefully this is just a simple fix.

Thanks in advance for any input, this would mean a lot less time manually picking through recordings to see where the bad data is.

Try removing the X = X.transpose((1,0,2)) line?
