The purpose of the Conclave Training Initiative (CTI) is to provide at least one training session each year for sections to use to augment their own conclave training. CTI was created based on a goal from the 2003-2007 OA Strategic Plan calling for "...an initiative to enhance learning opportunities at section conclaves."

Each year, at camps across the United States, Arrowmen gather for section conclaves: weekends of fun, fellowship and training. Though the needs of each section and lodge are different, the National OA Committee desired a way to promote increased quality of conclave trainings, as well as a uniformity of presentations regarding certain important topics, such as the themes of national OA conferences. It was out of this desire to provide support for training programs that the Conclave Training Initiative (CTI) was created. By delivering training with a consistent message, useful information and a creative approach, CTI aims to enhance the quality of training at conclave, with session that cover topics ranging from Cub Scouting to the Journey to Excellence program. The CTI team encourages you to take advantage of these truly unique and informative sessions by incorporating them into your conclave training plan.

Conclave comes from a Latin word meaning "room that can be locked up" (from the Latin com-, "together," and clavis, "key"). The English conclave formerly had the same meaning, but that use is now obsolete. Today, conclave refers not to the locked rooms but to the private meetings and secret assemblies that occur within them. The meaning of conclave has also expanded to include gatherings that are not necessarily secret or private but simply involve people with shared interests.

Purchasing the full game unlocks Legacy of the Dweller, a campaign of fifteen more adventures that complete the story. Only one player in each party needs to own the campaign for everyone to play.

This portal will allow you to create and manage your registration for the upcoming Conclave and order Conclave trading post merchandise. You will have the option to pay online with a credit card or by mailing a check with a transmittal.

The objective of CAC Conclave is to provide a national platform for diverse voices for sharing their experiences and building a cohesive network of concerned advocates. Through CAC Conclave, we engage with an expanded group of academicians, NGOs, researchers, lawyers, service providers etc., and expand the discourse on the subject. CAC Conclave also provides online and offline networking and learning opportunities to the members and ultimately contributes to the cause of reducing unsafe abortions in India.

Originally a secret assembly for cardinals to choose a pope in the Roman Catholic Church, conclave has evolved to include the meaning of a general secretive session.

We evaluate our protocols on benchmark neural networks trained on the MNIST and CIFAR-10 datasets and show that GAZELLE outperforms the best existing systems such as MiniONN by 20x and Chameleon by 30x in online runtime. Similarly when compared with fully homomorphic approaches like CryptoNets we demonstrate three orders of magnitude faster online run-time.
