1. There should be no affiliation to any religion or party. However members in individual capacity can be part of the forum irrespective of their ideology and association. 

For example, in our forum, there can be members of Right Wing, Left Wing or Center/Neutral ideology or they can be a member of any Congress or BJP or Majlis or MQM etc., However there should not be any mail asking to vote to a particular candidate in any election.

2. As long as an activity is not harmful to others, we should not object or argue. Any such discussions should be done offline. For example, a group of people believe in and promote Cow Rearing, Cow products etc., Others should not argue. However we do not support the idea of lynching due to beliefs or eating habits. Similarly there can be a petition to ban cow slaughter in a particular state and they might share that mail with the platform. If we do not support, we need not sign. But we should not object to posting the mail to the group. Similarly LGBTQ issues. 

3. Every group or individual is free to introduce about the work they do. But it should not be like a daily mail and regular updates with photos. They can share updates once in a quarter. As long as they participate regularly in the meetings, others will anyway get to know about their NGO. We should not use this as one more channel for self promotion (either of them or of the NGO).

4. There will be no promotion in media, per say, for the activities we do, with the intent of promotion.  We mainly rely on word of mouth to get more interested individuals or groups.

5. Request every other group to designate a dedicated volunteer to BosF from their individual group so that they can focus on building the platform and using it to the potential. 

6. Encourage other groups by sending our volunteers for any big events they plan like Walkathon or celebrate anniversary or a music show etc. This is purely voluntary for showing solidarity but not mandatory.

7. There should not be any money transactions with individuals. If there is any medical or education case proposed by any volunteer, it will be done through the particular NGO who owns up the case or paid to the educational or medical institution directly.

8. Initially in each city, it would be a knowledge sharing platform and a collaboration tool. After we run it successfully for one or two years and we have more volunteers we can think of how we can take it forward. (will send another mail about the initial view with which BosF is formed)

Last but not the least, this will remain a platform but never a registered body.  As part of managing team, we encourage people who are not affiliated to any groups to the extent possible, lest they are interested only in self promotion rather than on the collective work or cause
