It is time to collect dues for next year. The membership is for one year, January 1-December 31, 2026.

The Birding Kingsport/TOS dues for 2026 (no increases) are:

Individual - $28

Family - $32

Sustaining - $40

Associate - $10 (paying TOS membership through another chapter)

Student (K-12) - $10

Dues can be given to Ken Hendrix, Treasurer, on December 13 at the social, at the January 27 meeting, or you can mail a check (payable to Birding Kingsport) to his address. Please include any changes for the membership roster – email, phone, and home address.

When you pay Birding Kingsport dues, you will automatically become a member of the Tennessee Ornithological Society (TOS), and you will receive The Tennessee Warbler electronic newsletter issued three times a year, and The Migrant, the quarterly digital journal of the TOS. The Tennessee Warbler contains announcements of statewide TOS meetings and field trips, local chapter news, and other items of general interest. The Migrant contains articles describing results of research on Tennessee birds, results of organized bird counts, unusual occurrences and early and late arrival dates. The Migrant was first published in 1930. You will also be supporting bird conservation efforts in Tennessee.
