The Mendota Hawk Watch is going strong with good coverage and lots of raptors. There have already been over 3600 broad-wings reported and we are just now getting into the statistical peak. The show will be over by late September, so get up there while the birds are still flying. 

Rob Biller of the Bristol Bird Club will be the official counter on Saturday Sep 20. He will be there from 9 AM until the birds stop flying in the late afternoon. He is inviting anyone interested to come join the action. You can come and go whenever you like.
