Lacey Point and Possible nesting Bald Eagles

Lacey Point, Lake Waco. 8 AM-11AM, Sunny, no clouds, 39F-58F.
I walked trail in to Lacey Point Loop and followed it around (1.5
miles), then walked approximately .25 miles up Paradise Trail and
angled back to the gate. The original task was to try to locate the
pair of Bald Eagles spotted and photographed on Oct. 19, 2008. It is
suspected that this pair may be building a nest. If so, this would be
the first recorded nest of Bald Eagles in McLennan County (see my blog
at http://www.kingbirdfeeders.com/blog/). Sadly, neither the Eagles
nor their nest was found by me this day. However, 31 species were
recorded and listed below.

Warbler sp. 3 yellow throat and breast, dark olive above, very little
else.
