I was rambling around FM 2490 and the county roads off that highway
near the Bosque County line today. I spotted 14 Roadrunners by the
end of the day. I saw two Eastern Kingbirds today (FOS). I also saw
Eastern Bluebirds, Scissortails, Mourning Dove, Dickcissels, Cattle
Egrets, both Black and Turkey Vultures. I had a look at a hawk that
may have been Ferruginous or a very dark phased Red Tail. Probably
the latter, but I am uncertain.
