Dear B-A,

On some mail I recently received from Hong Kong, there were some bird
stamps. They are 5 x HKD 3 Red Whiskered Bulbul (1 block of 4) and 1 x
HKD 10 cents White-bellied Sea Eagle. The stamps are still on the
original package. If there are any bird stamp collectors on the list
who would like them, drop me a line off-group.

Cheers,

Carl Clifford

Nice of you to offer. The business I worked with a few years ago did a lot
of correspondence with Hong Kong so I got a lot of them. There are those
birds plus other species (Collared Scops Owl & a Shrike ,,,,,). Thinking
about it I wondered what had happened with them. I think I recall finding
someone at a charity market who was willing to give me about $2 for about 20
or so, such stamps. So I "made a killing" there!
