summer hello and request for volunteers

Greetings from Rhinebeck!

We will need to change our parent google group to "magnolia parents"! 

I hope that everyone is enjoying their time off.  I can't wait to hear all about everyone's adventures.

I am writing to ask for volunteers to help with classroom cleanup and other projects on Monday, 8/25.  That is the first day the building is officially open.  I will be in meetings on and off that day but there is much to be done in the classroom including dusting and cleaning all of the surfaces, putting our leaf line spots on the floor, hanging rods for plants, etc.  

Nathalie's dad and his workers kindly moved all of our boxes from the Birch room upstairs but much needs to be done before those boxes can even be unpacked! 

We would meet at 8:15am to discuss a game plan.  If you are available please email me so that I can plan accordingly.

Thank you in advance.  If you are not available this day, there will be other opportunities to help set up the new classroom the week of the 25th and in September.

I am reaching out to see if someone could help us out this Thursday and bring James home with them for a half hour after the afterschool program.  I have a client until 445 and would be able to pick him up by 5.
