to Bipolar Disorder
Hi everyone,
Well, I am feeling a lot more stable since I posted about my hard
week. We are going through Spring here in NZ and we are having yukky
patches of cold wet weather but also days of blue sky and sun and
gentle breezes (weather is a bit bipolar here, hehehehe). It's been
sunny this week just gone and I have been a lot more social, I have
eaten a lot better which I find makes me concentrate better and makes
me feel less tired and shaky. I am having regular counselling too,
each week and I am starting to regain all the confidence I lost this
year. My relationship with God is getting stronger as I have this
deep knowing that He shows me encrediable compassion and mercy. The
real problem is, I haven't been. The judgement I have shown myself
has contributed to the degree of symptoms I have felt this year,
especially the amount of anxiety I have felt.
I went to a lot of social things this week and felt like talking and
felt more relaxed and just more like the real me, who has flaws but
that's just like everyone else of this planet.
So just wanted to share my good patch with you all so I'm not just
sharing the bad. xx
