what happens if i stop all my meds at the same time will i become a vegitable.
my meds are:
1000mg lithium
8*10mg zopihexal
400mg seriqual
5*6mg brazepam
225mg venlor
60mg remeron
am iu going to land up in a nuthouse or what.
i am sick of taking all these med and i am battling financially
please i need advice

You know you ask some pretty squirrelly questions at times. Didn't you
tell me that you had a background in chemistry?

Advice? Hell, take my advice, I'm not using it...Ask me a question
that you don't already have the answers to and I will try to help you,
but you had better hurry and be serious. Sounds fair to me M. How's
it sound to you?

It might make you ill or worse. Some antidepressants such as venlafaxine and most benzodiazepines have withdrawal or "discontinuation" symptoms.
There are also problems with abruptly stopping lithium.
Also, if you change more than one at a time and things change for the better or worse, you wouldn't know why.
It is a boat load of medicine and it would not be a surprise if simplifying and reducing the number of meds and easing down some of the doses helped you do better in various ways including financially.
Your medical prescriber should be willing to work with you on this.
