Hello, I want to use the configuration file(settings) to find the spot center and mask the image, and output the processed tiff image. Can I use pytorch code to achieve this?

Once you have loaded a settings file, you can get information from it as documented here:
https://bioxtas-raw.readthedocs.io/en/latest/api/settings.html

This includes the mask and beam center coordinates. The keys for the settings are not documented there. I recommend that you use the getAllParams to return the full set of stored parameters, and then find the ones of interest to you.

I haven’t used PyTorch, so I can’t comment on that.

All the best.
