ATSAS license file error

Hello,

I have been previously using RAW fine, but today I have been getting an error when I try and run IFT GNOM.

Error finding Dmax: automatic Dmax determination failed with the following error: 'GNOM failed to run with the following error:\nwarning: ATSAS license will expire within 29 day(s)'.

And also this

An unexpected error has occurred, please report it to the developers.
System: macOS-15.5-arm64-arm-64bit
RAW version: 2.3.0
Prebuilt: True
ATSAS version: 4.0.1

  File "bioxtasraw/RAWAnalysis.py", line 4912, in onSaveInfo

KeyError: '143'

Do you know how I can fix this? I also do not get values for the Molecular Weight calculation for datmw Bayes MW and also Shape&Size MW.

Hi,

Sorry - have fixed this. Just needed to replace my ATSAS license file in the ATSAS installation directory with a new one. I didn't realise it expired every year for academic users!

Hi Isabel,

Yes, this is a new thing with ATSAS 4. If you upgrade to RAW 2.3.1 I have made some attempt to identify and handle these particular ATSAS license messages in a more clear fashion, though it may not work for all forms of the message.
