RAW code moved to github

In order to take advantage of the more robust web-based collaboration tools, particularly in terms of pull requests and merging, I've migrated the RAW source code to github:
https://github.com/jbhopkins/bioxtasraw

The git on sourceforge will no longer be updated, however we will continue using sourceforge for releases.
