Hi Niyaz,
The problem seems to be in the file format. If you look at the file around line 500 (see attached screenshot) you'll see that the data changes from 2 column to 3 column, and that in the 3 column format the 2nd column is all zeros. RAW defaults to expecting to see 3 columns of data, which would be q, I(q), and uncertainty in columns 1, 2 and 3 respectively. So it's only reading in the 3 column part of your file, and the intensity is all reading in as 0s, which is why when you load it in RAW it doesn't show a scattering profile.
If you fix the format of your data file (e.g. by removing the lines after line 497, or removing the 2nd column in the data after 497, or whatever the appropriate fix is) RAW should be able to read it in.
