Exporting Series data with Rg values

Hi,

I am trying to export Series data showing my SEC elution curve alongside the Rg. I would like to export the frame number, intensity and Rg. However when I go on the Series tab and right click my data and select 'export data' I only get the frame number, integrated mean and mean intensity and no Rg or MW values. 

I was following the section titled 'Exporting Series Plot Data' on this webpage: https://bioxtas-raw.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tutorial/s4_export_plots.html#exporting-plot-data-as-csv

Do you know how I can get the Rg values to also be exported?

Hi Isabel,

If you select 'show data' in the same menu do you see Rg values? Does your dataset have Rg values displayed in the main series plot?

Hi Jesse,

Thanks very much for your reply and apologies for the delayed response. I think the problem was I hadn't clicked 'okay' on the LC Series pop-up page so it hadn't saved the changes I'd made there into my series data. All fixed now.
