BioXSD is a data model for biopolymer|genomic sequences, their alignments, features, metadata, annotation, and related measured or inferred values. In addition to being a simple tree-based format for sequence and alignment data, it allows integration of diverse types of data into integrated data records with sequence|.*genome as the basis.

BioXSD is open towards the community, aiming at transparent and participatory development fulfilling the needs of all of us, including you. Please add your notes to the existing topics or post a new topic, after joining this web forum|mailing list.
