I heard there was a question about the relationship between SMW
technology and the ConceptWIki.

Semantic MediaWiki enables wikis to make their knowledge computer-
processable, and the ConceptWiki does the same thing via RDF. The RDF
of the ConceptWiki is not entirely complete today but you can have a
look at what has been done by adding .rdf to the end of a ConceptWiki
concept page.

For example. http://www.conceptwiki.org/index.php/Concept:ddea13fc-78be-11df-9387-001517ac506c.rdf

Can you explain how ConceptWiki differs in technologies from a normal
SMW? I am also interested in learning how the ConceptWiki will support
interaction with the wiki at an RDF level. Will we be able to SPARQL
the ConceptWiki, and how can we populate the database with software,
as was advertised by Barend Mons at the SWAT4LS 2009 in Amsterdam?

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Egon

the SMW equivalent is handled by Special:ExportRDF with urls similar to these patterns.

IIRC, concept wiki was built using OmegaWiki:

Since you mention SPARQL, here is a nice SMW SPARQL extension that I
saw demoed at SMWCon in Amsterdam:

The wiki edits are reflected in the RDF but the “interaction” is
limited to retrieving data and displaying it in RDF. We don’t support
SPARQL yet but we are working on a re-engineering of parts of the
ConceptWiki so this will be supported in the future. For a
demonstration of an update script you can see our poster at the
SWAT4LS conference in Berlin.

I'm not sure everybody knows about SWAT4LS...
