I'm looking for the list of biowikis and associated statistics that was created at NETTAB this year. It seems that it used to be here
http://www.bioinformatics.org/wiki/BioWiki

But now its not.

Gah! Serves me right for deciding to move it and then immediately
getting distracted.

I'll send a post to the list as soon as it's back up (hopefully later
today).

BTW, when changing topic, it's probably best to click the 'start a new
topic' button (as I have just done now).

Funny, but Google Groups seems quite buggy at the moment! (My reply to
flu seems to have been eaten).

Cheers,
Dan.

Hi,

How can I login to make edits on fluwikie? Seems like an interesting
resource!

Dear Ben,
to the best of my knowledge, these are biowikis which use the Semantic
Media Wiki technology.

-BioclipseWiki
-Bioinformatics.Org
-BiomedGT.Wiki
-DrugMet
-NeuroLex
-OpenToxipedia
-PharmDB2
-Psychology Wiki
-SNPedia

I mentioned them in my talk and in the paper.
That list is a manual extract of the 297 public sites that announced
their being using SMW..

hope it helps
