Hello.
I was always interested in multiboxing but could never afford it. Once Blizzard changed the terms and made it so you can have free accounts [up to level 20] I decided to give it a whirl.
What you see below was a couple days of research and tuning to work well for my PC. My hunters are level 44 and function great both in BG's and Dungeons. So far its been a good experience.
I used some scripts that I found on the AHK forums and other parts of the web but they never truly did what I wanted them to, so I decided to piece together my own lil bit of code using the knowledge I gained from great forum posters (you guys / gals!)
It's late, like 12:46AM the day after New Years, so I'm kinda foggy. My notes aren't the best in the code, but quite honestly it's written in a way that is pretty easy to understand.
Please hit me up with questions / comments. At some point I might modify this to make it more adaptable for other users, but right now it's tweaked to suit my personal needs the most.
I can assure you this runs without a hitch on my PC. If you get specific errors, lets see if we can figure out how to fix them.
Enjoy.

While it would not be impossible to have the W A S and D keys control the second character, it is highly recommended to not use this method of control. Most people use the mouse to make precise movements on the first character, and the instant this is done your two characters would not be facing the same direction. Once your two characters are out of sync, you can no longer use the keyboard movement keys to effectively move them around in unison.
That is actually pretty obvious
But tbh, you script is awesome, and works pretty great
One small thing though, when flying I use space to get off the ground on my main char. This causes my slave to stop following and I have to hit the keybind again. This gets old pretty quick. Any fix?
This will enable you to have your characters launch off the ground enough to where you can re-enable the follow hotkey. You do have to fly with your mouse, otherwise subsequent uses of the Spacebar will stop the autofollow. I'm not sure if their is an elegant workaround to this, however spamming the 'G' key [my follow key] is not too much of a problem for me.
Regarding your two DK's that don't fly the same speed, I don't know what to tell you. Maybe one has the passive ability to move faster [deaths advance] or one is in unholy spec? I know they have modifiers to make them move at different speeds. I haven't had issues with my toons flying, however my DK's do not have access to all those abilites yet.
hello, I am totally newbie in this as i had never more account then one, but now i have two can you help pls wit hbasic script: at start you can choose two windows from windows process list (i already download this script), and then i want to clone key stroke (1) (2) (3) (vehicle controls) from window 1 to window2, seems pretty diff for me atm when i dl this script, or is there any way how to clone all key strokes from windows1 to window2 ? thanks a lot havea nice day, if you ever need help ingame i am resident on Drakthul EU - and I will be gladto help you Leo is my name (horde) or Someon (alli)
It's an old pic, but I like the fact that I look like a wreck. This script worked great for me, too bad they killed the /follow command for players in BG's. Essentially killed this. Oh well - they lost my sub a month ago.
Hey im not that good with all this stuff but your script works perfectly fine but only as long i keep tabbed into on of the Processes if i switch to another process lets jsut say skype and type a msg to a buddy or smth the script crashes and i dont think i will be able to find that out any suggestions?
Thanks Elemeno's I had a makeshift script that i use to run. itd get the job done, but yours is way better. Ive leveled multiple accounts now with RaF xp and your script. Just wanted to tell you thanks and that i love using this script.
How would you adjust this script to make the minimized window in the top left instead of the bottom right? Also, how would you add numpad commands? I tried adding them myself, but it keeps opening the map on the second window for some reason.
Hehe... just visit nice farming zones. like fellwood... the places where daemons are.. and you will most probably see a Hunter that is in fact a bot. Does not really mater on what server you are.. most probably they are on every server. This bots get potions that they bots every day and if someone wants to scan them or link them to selling gold I am sure that Blizzard can do it.. but NOTHING is done.
Yes, that is usually how it is done... most of the time there are warnings out on the web before it happens... If you know where to look. If someone gives out a warning, listen to it, you will be sorry if you don't. Blizzard usually scans for about 2 weeks before they ban anyone, that way, they catch most of the people that are botting, and people don't just stop botting after one of their friends got banned for it. If you get caught and banned in one of blizzard's sweeps, don't expect them to give you your account back, they only ban people that they KNOW are botting.
The answer is "Yes", Warden detects Au3. Renaming the exe to a known exe won't help you because it does a checksum on all processes. One way to prevent this is by using a process blocker (Process Guard comes to mind). I have yet to see anyone banned for using a script (except a fishing bot).
With my limited experience of AutoIt (learning fast) it seems that applications receiving commands from AutoIt think they are user commands rather than automated, as such, "Warden" would be unable to detect what AutoIt is doing, only that it is running.
At work we have a webfilter that blocks EVERYTHING with the word "Game" in it. Unfortunatly my hobbie is PC games and scripting (creating mods not bots/hacks) so anything i want to go on the internet during lunch is blocked unlike my other work colleague who are into V8's, golf and baking. So i turn to forums..... then shutdown
When I get writer's block I stare hopelessly at a blank page desperately hoping something, anything will come out. Not film director Duncan Jones, though. After a recent creative slump, the director of Moon, Source Code, and the Warcraft movie wrote an entire script for a movie based on Tim Schafer's badass biker adventure game Full Throttle.
You can read the script here. It's pretty faithful to the game, with a lot of Schafer's brilliant dialogue left intact. It also, surprisingly, sticks closely to the structure of the game, including Ben's adventures in the dingy town of Melonweed to locate tools, parts, and gas so Mo can repair his bike.
Does anyone know how to update existing game in Lutris. I mean that I have a game which I have installed months ago and I see that there are many new versions of this script in Lutris. Can I install the newest version with the newest wine configurations without fully removing the game and installing it again?
Yes , I know that I can just install the newest version again but I do not want to.
I just want to update the settings for current one. What if the game is 30-40 GB, I need to download it again and again after every script update?
A macro can consist of any number of /(command)s or pure text to up 255 characters. With some exceptions, these commands behave exactly as if you had typed them into the chat window. Users wishing to use more advanced commands are recommended to see the Interface Customization and World of Warcraft API sections at wowwiki.fandom.com.
Usually, not just in WoW, the term Script refers to a short to medium length program, written in some kind of simple programming language (called a scripting language). The purpose of a script is usually to control another program.
World of Warcraft has a powerful programming language called Lua embedded inside it, which is used for scripting. What this means is that WoW is able to understand and execute little programs written in the Lua language. However, in WoW, a script is usually not something that you use by itself, i.e. you don't just type in a script and execute it (although this is also possible). Instead, there are several places in WoW where you have the option to enter scripts as part of something else.
So what can a script do? There are many resources on Lua scripts (the main one being ); However, the most important point is that scripts are able to perform many more game actions than slash commands. This is done via a set of functions (called API or Application Programming Interface) that WoW makes available for use in scripts. There is a quite extensive list of all the API functions available for use in scripts at
If you wish to create a macro to cast spells or use an item, refer to the 2.0 Macro guide. The majority of the new limitations on the "/Script" tag cover these actions. For miscellaneous actions such as switching weapons, playing music, or sending chat messages; scripts still work fine. --Digital Utopia 05:25 2 February 2007 (CST)
- To use conditionals, you'll need to invoke the LUA interpreter. To do that, you start a macro with "/script" Anything after /script will be run as lua code (or a 'chunk' as lua calls it). It is VERY important to keep all parts of a Lua chunk on ONE LINE in a macro, and make it fit within 255 characters.
HOWEVER, you cannot use /in to cast a spell, use an ability, or run a macro, due to the hardware event restriction. So, its usefulness is very limited. You can use it to talk, or to use items, but that's about it. Which is one reason I didn't mention it in the first place. Because 99% of the time people want a pause, its so they can cast another spell in the same macro, or switch inventory items and then use an ability, neither of which is possible using /in.
For AddOns: Follow the advice given in the "For macros:" section above. Remember that both Lua *and* XML are case-sensitive! is NOT the same as . If your AddOn is listed in the [AddOns] list at character select, but doesn't seem to be loading in-game, check your XML, you likely have an error there somewhere.
