Active Choices: Where to download while blacklisted (due to Scriptler dependency)?

The Active Choices plugin is no longer available through the Jenkins update center (see previous post)

However, the Active Choices plugin can still be downloaded from here: https://repo.jenkins-ci.org/releases/org/biouno/uno-choice/

Insure that Active Choices dependencies are also installed.
