Show torrents on home page

Torrents could be shown on the home page to catch user interest.
Currently users must click on Browse before seeing any torrents. The
torrents shown could be Top 10 torrents, or the most recent.

OK, index.php now redirects to the list of torrents. The home page is
now about.php.

Also, I finally got around to putting biotorrents in github (http://
github.com/mlangill/biotorrents). Any updates to the site will be
applied immediately to github.

Using browse.php as the homepage works very nicely! The recent
torrents are active and easy to notice.

Thanks for getting the code on Github. That will help others set up
their own sites and also make it convenient to contribute back to
Biotorrents =)
