Hello,
I noticed that the BioTop ontology v1.0 (and OBO RO as well) do not
contain any inverse indication between relationships (e.g. between
inheresIn and hasInherent; same thing between ro:hasPart and
ro:partOf). Is there an ontological reason for this, or is it something
to add to the todo list?

Hi Olivier,

You are absolutely right, the relations are inverse, the only reason
we had dropped the inverse property was that the classification time
exploded. We'll test it again with the new version of Pellet.

Best regards

Stefan
