BioTopLite

Dear all,

I have produced a slim version of Biotop, which contains only a reduced set of classes but maintains most BioTop object properties and constraints.
For many purposes BioTopLite may be sufficient.

You can download the last version from
http://code.google.com/p/biotop/source/browse/trunk/biotoplite.owl
However this is not an official release (yet).

Hi Stefan,

habe Biotop lite kurz geoeffnet und vermisse auf den ersten Blick
Klassen wie Gene, Protein, Disease... Vielleicht alles keine leichten
Faelle, aber die brauchen wir doch, um andere Ontologien andocken zu
koennen!? Wie steht es mit 'Chemical' oder einem aehnlichen Anker fuer
ChemTop? Bin gar nicht mehr auf dem Stand merke ich. Hast du eigentlich
von der Charite nochmal was gehoert? Bei mir kam keinerlei Ruckmeldung
mehr an.
