Italian, but those of you who are especially interested in the concept
of biotic pump, may find it described starting at page 15. And, of

Thank you for that beautiful work. I could at least understand la pompa biotica. My wife will read it and translate some of it for me.

With respect to your unorthodox Christmas greeting, I think it is rather funny that there are so many separate more or less holydays, when the ultimate cause of all is the winter solstice. In Sweden we start it already at December 13, with Santa Lucia, introduced during the last years of our use of the Julian calender. It was supposed to be the longest night; the solstice occured around that date in those days.

Yes, I know the Swedish tradition of Santa Lucia. Here is me, greeting the solstice Swedish-style in my garden on Dec 13th! We had a similar tradition in Italy, once.
