Noreturn hereunder shall bar the prosecution of any suit at law or in equity against a person to whom return has been made, to establish any right, title, or interest, which may exist or which may have existed at the time of vesting, in or to the property or interest returned, but no such suit may be prosecuted by any person ineligible to receive a return under subsection (a)(2) hereof. With respect to any such suit, the period during which the property or interest or proceeds returned were vested in the Alien Property Custodian shall not be included for the purpose of determining the application of any statute of limitations.

Without limitation by or upon any other existing provision of law with respect to the payment of expenses by the Alien Property Custodian, the Custodian may retain or recover from any property or interest or proceeds returned pursuant to this section or section 4309(a) of this title an amount not exceeding that expended or incurred by him for the conservation, preservation, or maintenance of such property or interest or proceeds, or other property or interest or proceeds returned to the same person.

The President may designate one or more organizations as successors in interest to deceased persons who, if alive, would be eligible to receive returns under the provisos of subdivision (C) or (D) of subsection (a)(2) thereof.[3] In the case of any organization not so designated before the date of enactment of this amendment, such organization may be so designated only if it applies for such designation within three months after such date of enactment.

The President, or such officer as he may designate, shall, before the expiration of the one-year period which begins on the date of enactment of this amendment, pay out of the War Claims Fund to organizations designated before or after the date of enactment of this amendment pursuant to this subsection the sum of $500,000. If there is more than one such designated organization, such sum shall be allocated among such organizations in the proportions in which the proceeds of heirless property were distributed, pursuant to agreements to which the United States was a party, by the Intergovernmental Committee for Refugees and successor organizations thereto. Acceptance of payment pursuant to this subsection by any such organization shall constitute a full and complete discharge of all claims filed by such organization pursuant to this section, as it existed before the date of enactment of this amendment.

No payment may be made to any organization designated under this section unless it has given firm and responsible assurances approved by the President that (1) the payment will be used on the basis of need in the rehabilitation and settlement of persons in the United States who suffered substantial deprivation of liberty or failed to enjoy the full rights of citizenship within the meaning of subdivisions (C) and (D) of subsection (a)(2) of this section; (2) it will make to the President, with a copy to be furnished to the Congress, such reports (including a detailed annual report on the use of the payment made to it) and permit such examination of its books as the President, or such officer or agency as he may designate, may from time to time require; and (3) it will not use any part of such payment for legal fees, salaries, or other administrative expenses connected with the filing of claims for such payment or for the recovery of any property or interest under this section.

Whereas, pursuant to article 79 of the treaty of peace, negotiations have been entered into between the Governments of the United States and of Italy looking toward an agreement under which, upon the return of property, formerly Italian, in the United States, Italy will place at the disposal of the United States funds to be used in meeting certain claims of nationals of the United States; and

Whereas, for the purpose of carrying out such agreement, it is desirable to authorize, in accordance with the procedures provided for in section 32 of the Trading With the Enemy Act of October 6, 1917 (40 Stat. 411), as amended [50 U.S.C. 4329], return to Italy or citizens or subjects of Italy, or corporations or associations organized under the laws of Italy, of property vested in or transferred to the United States or its agencies; and

A large lagoon-shaped swimming pool with an expansive sun patio features lush tropical adornments and an island with two palm trees in its center. Lounge chairs facing the pool and tables invite you to enjoy the warmth of the sun while sipping upon your favorite drinks. A round pool next to it is perfect for the kids. Two hot tubs are nearby, providing plenty of room to enjoy bubbling relaxation. A complimentary beach tram can whisk you across the gorgeous resort grounds from the pool to the sugary shoreline in no time at all.

Bahia 4329 has a crisp, coastal style with comfortable furnishings and plenty of windows for natural light and stunning bay views. The dining area includes six white cottage-style chairs around a honey-toned rectangular hardwood table beneath a suspended circular straw woven chandelier. Sliding glass doors nearby invite you to enjoy the breezy bay views on the furnished balcony. Here, outdoor entertaining is easy with two straw woven chairs and a table for drinks and grazing upon a delightful cheese board. Back indoors, the open living room includes a cozy white couch that conveniently doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa. It is flanked by two light green vintage modern high-backed chairs that complete the seating ensemble around a large flatscreen TV for entertainment. Two tropically inspired raised straw woven chairs sit beside a white kitchen bar providing ample space to enjoy drinks and tasty appetizers. The kitchen features a chic, striking look with ebony black appliances and an accent wall of dark palm frond patterned silhouettes.

The master bedroom suite includes a king-sized bed with a unique green tropically-inspired headboard and two bedside tables with elegant emerald-colored base lamps. Sliding glass doors provide direct access to the bay view balcony. An upscale bathroom that doubles as a powder room features two raised oval-shaped porcelain sinks, a partitioned toilet, and a stylish tub shower combination.

The 4329K has three orbital settings plus straight cutting, and features an ergonomically designed rubberized grip to provide more comfort and control. A through-the-body dust port provides optimal dust management with use of clear dust cover and vacuum. The counterweight balancing system is engineered for reduced vibration and improved comfort. The saw also features a large trigger switch for easy operation and lock-on button for extended use.

The property was exactly as advertised. It had all of the household items that we needed and the view was worth every penny. Having a nice pool and direct access to the beach made our stay even more relaxing.

We enjoyed this beautiful condo and overall had a great experience staying in it recently. The only main issue was a toilet handle in the master bath that was having problems. When we called for help, your handyman (I think his name was Greg??) came very promptly and worked hard to fix it. When he realize that he needed another part, he went and got one from a local hardware box store and came back, again very promptly, and finally got it working again. He did a great job! The only other minor issue we had, was there was no kitchen garbage can, but we found one in the utility closet that had a mop in it that we used instead. Overall we enjoyed our stay and have always had good experiences w Gibons Beach Rentals.

Beachside II is our family's FAVORITE place to stay for our annual family Destin vacation & THIS unit has been our favorite BSII unit to date! It has been remodeled & is nicely decorated, which really DOES mean something when you're wanting to relax on vacation. The colors were soothing & the decor was exactly what you would want at a beachy home. Nothing loud & ornate. Just simple, tranquil, beautiful. And we had an 18 mo old with us, so I'm going to add kid-friendly!

Great place. wonderful view of sunset. The unit has been updated recently and has all you need. The kitchen has the best cookware we have seen in a rental. Everything you need to make a great meal. Great soaking tub and a huge walk in shower. The beds were very comfortable also. We have been coming to Destin for 23 years this is the best unit we have rented.

Also the staff was quick to answer any questions via text.

Our family of 4 had an excellent stay in this beautifully decorated & well equipped unit. The views were excellent. Kitchen was beautifully updated & had everything we needed to enjoy a few meals without having to leave. Easy access to the tram to the Wharf as there was no need to move the car. The deep soaking tub was a nice way to relax after a day at the beach. Decor & furniture was clean & comfortable. TVs in both rooms as well as living room was a nice feature. Plenty of space to spread out & store all of your belongings. The Gibson employees onsite were extremely helpful in answering any questions we had. Great stay!
