Hello Friends

we 3 students of Btech Biotech joined a institute for 6 months project work for partial fulfillment of our degree.

but the thing is that in six months we have done nothing. these people bluffed us and now at the end they are making fake project report and giving us.

now at the end we have to give our viva so we have no other choice to take these fake reports.

these people made our synopsis after 1st month and then mid term report also after 4th month and submitted to college.

and 2 people came there in our college for prospecting one is MD of company and one is doing phd in IMTECH.

and this person of IMTECH is doing work here in this training institute also.

now i want you peoples suggestions WHAT TO DO?

This is a harsh reality which is very much prevalent in today's world. There isn't anything legal that you can do in this regard because it is your project report n viva n marks at stake. First understand this and then you would cool down and start thinking.

 

What you can do now is that go through that report thoroughly, understand the concepts, do some work now n also some research on the topic n prepare yourself.

 

Also make the name of the institute public so that more like you don't get duped in the future.

very first thing is that, plz u people try to complete ur viva n other formalities at ur institute at any mean, then after create a big issue with these guys n company. make a note n forward to all our biotechnika frnd, we will forward to other frnd , so that we can save our other frnds.

Dear Ankit,

I am not very confident that you can legally take any action because you have no proof that they didn't teach you anything. Whenever you have joined an institute the institute can always show the faculty strength the names of various research projects but in your case the institute showed fake data, this is where you can taken some action probably. So justifying that you are cheated may be difficult but not impossible, but seeking professional help will be advisable. I am not a lawyer so cant advise more on that. You try on that but at the same time do write about that Institute in various public forums. Please do that so that through this public forum you can sensitize students about such Institutes and sometime may be the forum can have a list of such Institutes (Black listed training Institutes) and guide many prospective students.

Dear Anket,
This is the major problem which every student face. At the time of joining the institute or organization they don't think and do the research about the instt. or orgn. like what all projects have been completed from there and what is the quality of the projects. Whether they got published those projects somewhere or not. I myself run a organization, it is Contract Research Organization and we maintain a level and quality of the work which we provide to our candidates. Whatever the projects we did we submit them for presenations at International level and make it public in our group.
I believe that you should at least name the organization so that everyone should know which organization is doing such type of work.
So, as the owner of a company, I ask all of young researchers to at least do a thorough research before joining any training instt or organization.

Dear Aniket,

SYED ASIF HUSAIN NAQVI is right, quality in terms of student projects
is must...then only the young minds will develop the scientific
knowledge. Unfortunately many organizations or institutes are running
for money only. In your case you can file a complaint by taking advice
of any good advocate. What I suggest the students is be cautious while
selecting place and project work. The guides or supervisors should
have at least one scientific publication in high impact factor journal
then only he/she can guide the students in a decent manner other wise
students will suffer.

Hello everybody! Asma here. Everything's true but what next? You know some people think what to do with all these conflicts? If we are settled thats enough. Guys Department of Biotechnology or some Gov. body don look at our websites or don take social surveys for your future. Thats we who need to let them know. We are all sharing our problems to each other but these hi fi people are enjoying there fellowships (indo danish relations, foreign scholarships for already working scientist,). Coming to those poor B.Tech guys hats off to their sincere and frank step to talk in this regard. First of all you three guys might have gone through whats going on with that company MD and your project. You need to finish your viva first but your's is a fake project. If you harm something before your viva its very clear that you'll be at loss. Your four years of study will go vain. So do not take step before your course completion. Coming to the company they might have handled many such cases and they'll be ready for one more. So if you do something before you'll be at risk. We can think what could be done further. 
One more thing is we are supported by Biotecnika and its our duty to keep safe this platform for our generations without involving them in any political matter. I need to say just we have to be political smart to avoid any kind of loss to this infopedia, Because companies won't run without political support in India, so better if we will be cautious. just get me company name and which place it belong to. .

These day going to LAW makers or police station for filing the complaint is totally waste of time , money and energy.At the end these people will get of it easily.I must suggest go to MEDIA - NDTV, AAjTAK or CNN IBN , these reporter are always out for such news and such crooks.These fake institutes people will not only learn the  right lesson but also people will come to know about these types of fraud and impostor institutions.
