Hi! U can try lowery's method for protein isolation, it can be
availble in any practical bk at ur clg library easily

as far as my knowledge, lowry method is nt for isolation of protiens, it is for to check the presence of proteins. lyk u cn quantitate the protein present in the sample.......

yes u can check the quantity of protein in given sample using spectrophotometer.

how to know the protein quantity using spectrophotometer. please explain it. i have the doubt.

Ya its right lowry is for estimatiom, my mistake,
u can use phosphate buffer method to isolate protein, u cn found it in
"practical biochemistry" book...might it help u...

this can be done by first plotting a standard OD graph and then plotting graph for different concentrations of the given sample.......
definitely we check the absorbence of sample at particular wavelength .......means use of spectrophotometer.
